I weighed In this morning at 192.2. That is a gain of 1.8 pounds. I am a little upset because I thought I was going to be in the 180's this week. This week has been hectic, trying to get back in to the whole school thing. Also, I haven't been sleeping well lately. But, last night I went to bed at 8 pm and woke up at 7:30am. It felt fantastic to sleep for once and feel good when I woke up.
I really don't have anything else to say. I gained. I don't know why. It happens and I'll just have to keep on going.
Some day I hope to sleep like that. But with an almost 3 yr old and a 6 month old...it'll be years. Enjoy it while you can!

Light lifting before the hardcore cardio. Two weeks after that. Switch it up again. U kill the glycogen while
Lifting weights and when u get to the cardio u use the lypo as energy instead
Of the glycogen, I have lost 11 lbs since January 9 of this year and that's from mega dieting and killing almost 90% of my sugar intake. I have sugar only if the good food I eat naturally brings it but other than that naaaaaaahhhh and weigh urself once within the next two weeks. I am proud of u and don't ever ever give it up or else ima take me a flight there to green bay or wherever the hell u live and kick ur ass working out and I don't mean competing with u. I mean work out with u and make u work out till u can't no more hoaaaa
