I weighed in this morning at 192.6
I was happy to see that I had lost 2.2 pounds since my last weigh-in after Christmas. I gained weight over the holiday just like everyone does. I believe most of mine was water weight. I had a lot of alcohol and not enough water.
I've been pretty good with my eating. Consistently eating good foods, protein, veggies, whole wheat breads.
I've been drinking lots and lots and lots of water. It's so good for you- so drink up!
I'm on the new tea kick right now. I've been reading into the benefits of tea and I wanna see if it can help with my weight loss at all. Right now I'm sipping on Cinnamon apple spice tea. The aroma is amazing and it tastes pretty good too.
Im hoping that next week is the week I see the scale say 190 or less. If it does I seriously might cry.
My workout yesterday was the bomb diggity. I killed in on the elliptical for 40 minutes and then did intervals on the treadmill. I switched up the incline and the speed so I was getting my heart going pretty good.
Overall, it was a decent week. I'm hoping this next week will be a good one and those 2.6 can get out of my effing body!
