#DDGBD week tres.

Starting weight 196

Current weight 193 ( just stepped on the scale)

One thing I am proud of this week: Running for an hour and two minutes-NON STOP.

One thing I need to improve on: No starch for 2 weeks.

  1. Congrats on the 3lbs loss. That's awesometastic! But not nearly as awesomtastic as your running prowess! Holy woman! I'm seriously jealous of your stamina. Do you know how huge that is? You will be running marathons in no time.

  4. yeah.. running for an hour is def not easy..

    I ran a marathon, but right now there is no way I could run for an hour! haha. Nice work! Keep it up!
