Push-Ups.

Like I said in my last post, my main goal is to become a police officer. One of the steps I need to take to achieve this goal is to take a physical test. This includes push-ups, sit-ups, running, etc. I need to be able to do about 20 LEGIT push-ups. My dad has had me incorporate push-ups into my workout and I can honestly say that I feel that I am getting stronger and seeing more definition in my upper body. I took some video today during my workout. Take a look for yourself.

The first video I am doing "cheat" push-ups. I started out only being able to do 5 of them...struggling. Now I am up to 10 and they are getting easy.

This is me doing 5 LEGIT push-ups. I did another set after I took this video. I could have probably done one more set after that. :)

  1. That's very good form ya got there. Those are some nice, strong push-ups. The bad-assery has most definitely been unleashed.

  2. Good for you! I can officially do 12, before I drop to my knees.

Btw My old personal trainer told me that you are better off just staying in the push up position when resting, rather than doing modified pushups. He said that doing modified, won't help you do more legit ones... I kind of agree with him
